Недавно я имел удовольствие остановиться в этом очаровательном отеле и должен сказать,это был незабываемый опыт! Несмотря на возраст отеля, он источает прекрасное ощущение аутентичности, которое вы просто не найдете в современных номерах. Комната и ванная были не только просторными, но и красиво оформленными, что создавало комфортный и расслабляющий отдых.Тем не менее, что действительно сделало наше пребывание особенным, так это исключительный сервис, предоставленный Ибрагимом. Он действительно сделал все возможное, чтобы убедиться, что мы чувствовали себя комфортно и заботились о нас от начала до конца. Его теплое и дружелюбное поведение заставило нас почувствовать, что мы остановились у старого друга, а не в отеле.Я не могу говорить достаточно высоко об Ибрагиме и его стремлении обеспечить своим гостям наилучшие впечатления. Если вы планируете остановиться в этом отеле, я настоятельно рекомендую его не только из-за очаровательных номеров, но и из-за возможности встретиться с таким замечательным человеком.Стоит отметить, что у риада нет сигнала у ворот, поэтому обязательно заранее договоритесь о месте встречи с кем-нибудь из персонала. Несмотря на это небольшое неудобство, пребывание в этом отеле того стоит.Спасибо, Ибрагим, за то, что сделали наше пребывание таким аутентичным!

Красивый и яркий риад в Касбе. Спокойное, освежающее место, куда вы будете рады вернуться во время посещения Марракеша. Это прекрасное здание с бассейном во дворе и прекрасной террасой, где можно позавтракать, выпить чай или просто отдохнуть. Персонал настолько заботливый и восхитительный, что вы скоро почувствуете себя как дома. Мы путешествовали с тремя детьми, и они любили возвращаться сюда после наших прогулок по городу, освежиться в бассейне и почитать или расслабиться на одном из многочисленных диванов в общей зоне. Расположение отличное, недалеко от многих достопримечательностей, но за пределами оживленной Медины, что идеально подходит для нас. Когда я спросил детей, что им больше всего нравится в Марракеше, все трое упомянули риад как одну из вещей.

Замечательный и уникальный отель! Персонал был милым и заботливым, особенно Амар, который заставил нас чувствовать себя как дома и принес нам мятный чай и печенье после наших выходных. Завтрак здесь тоже вкусный.Номера были удобными и имели красивый дизайн, особенно терраса, где подавался завтрак.Прекрасная атмосфера, хочется вернуться!

We had such an amazing holiday. The location of the riad was perfect, being central enough to walk everywhere but away from the busy centre. The area felt safe, and it was extremely peaceful once inside the riad. We loved the roof terrace, a great place to chill out and have breakfast and take a break with delicious mint tea. The tea was the best we had all holiday and came with delicious complimentary cookies and cake. Despite arriving late we were welcomed with tea and soup on the house. The suite we had was huge and could be divided for privacy, it was pitch back at night and firm beds for a good night's sleep. The decor was beautiful and authentic and spotlessly clean. It was serviced every day. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We were able to come and go as we pleased at any time. We would thoroughly recommend this riad.

A beautiful traditional Riad in a brilliant location within the Kasbah. Waking distance to most sites, Souks, Tombs. Lovely staff, very attentive and helpful yet invisible when needed allowing us to feel as if we were the only guests at times, using the pool and terraces. Jamal helped us to organise a birthday cake for our daughter and book a great restaurant. He always gave sound advice and worked hard to cater to all tastes. Breakfast was great, fresh, simple yet delicious. Very clean. Rooms, towels, beds changed daily. Mini fridge for keeping drinks and snacks cool. Heater for the very cold evening we had.

We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived at this traditional riad… it is tucked away in a quiet resident area of town which we love as it’s where real people live …the breakfasts on the upper terrace are really lovely is a quiet haven up there …

Breakfast was exceptional and Jamal was very helpful! He had a very calming energy and made us feel very welcome, he greeted us during our late evening arrival with tea and pastries. Communication was always prompt and easy. Our room was so spacious, clean, and we were very comfortable. While we were out during the day, our rooms were cleaned exceptionally when we returned. Hotel transfers both ways from the airport were easy to arrange, and Jamal even made us a light breakfast early in the morning on the day we left. It was such lovely stay!

Fantastic venue for quick access to the Madina and not too far from the airport. Great host and really enjoyable stay all round. The host speaks good English and arranged a really fun tour guide for us. The room was big, and the bathroom was spacious with enough cupboard space.

We particularly appreciated Jamal's help and kindness throughout our stay. The dinner was exceptionnally tasty. The cleaningliness was to the highest standard. Location is great and very convenient, close to the Medina and Souk and allowing for the taxi to stop in front of the hotel, which may not always happen as some streets are car-free. The hotel's staff was also extremely helpful with the organisation of excursions.

There were so many things to like... As soon as we got there, we were greeted by one of the housekeepers and shown immediately to our room. The room was just as pictured, and the bathroom was amazing. It has a bath big enough to fit 4 people. The water was always hot, and towels were replaced daily. The staff were absolutely amazing, and I would like to mention Jamal, as he was the perfect host and helped us with locations where we wanted to go during the day. The other ladies who served us breakfast were also lovely and couldn't do enough for us. I would definitely recommend staying here, the location is right in the heart of the Old Town and there is loads to see, but if you want to walk further and go and see the sooks and New Town, it is only a 10 minute walk to the main square.

We visited the Riad towards the end of October and the weather outside was not perfect but the Riad was good. It wasn't easy not to jump in the swimming pool even though it was cloudy. The staff was good, we didn't have any problems. The rooms were big. One of the rooms had a huge bath, you will see it in the pictures.
