I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! Despite the hotel's age, it exudes a wonderful sense of authenticity that you just don't find in modern accommodations. The room and bathroom were not only spacious, but also beautifully decorated, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay.However, what really made our stay special was the exceptional service provided by Ibrahim. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of from start to finish. His warm and friendly demeanour made us feel like we were staying with an old friend rather than at a hotel.I cannot speak highly enough of Ibrahim and his dedication to ensuring his guests have the best possible experience. If you're considering a stay at this hotel, I highly recommend it - not just for the charming accommodations, but for the opportunity to meet such a wonderful person. It's worth noting that the riad doesn't have a signal at the gate, so be sure to arrange a meeting point with someone from the staff beforehand. We had such a great stay in this Riad. The owner and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and we will definitely come back to stay here again. If you are looking for a complete Marrakech experience we recommend staying in this riad. The location is quiet and still close to all the important attractions. And you will feel right at home with the nice people who run the Riad!

Beautiful and vibrant riad in the Kasbah. A calm, refreshing place you'll be happy to come back to while visiting Marrakech. It's a lovely building with pool in the court and an amazing terrace where having your breakfast, tea, or just for a relaxing break. The staff is just so caring and amazing you will soon feel like at home. We travelled with three kids and they loved coming back here after our strolls around the city, refresh in the pool and read or relax on one of the many sofas in the common area. The position is great, close to many attraction but outside the busy Medina, so perfect for us. When I asked the kids what they loved the most in Marrakech, the three mentioned the Riad as one of the things.

Wonderful and unique hotel! The staff were lovely and caring, especially Amar who made us feel at home and brought us mint tea and biscuits after our days out. The breakfast here is delicious also.The rooms were comfortable and had a beautiful design, especially the terrace where breakfast was served. Lovely atmosphere and would love to come back!

We had such an amazing holiday. The location of the riad was perfect, being central enough to walk everywhere but away from the busy centre. The area felt safe, and it was extremely peaceful once inside the riad. We loved the roof terrace, a great place to chill out and have breakfast and take a break with delicious mint tea. The tea was the best we had all holiday and came with delicious complimentary cookies and cake. Despite arriving late we were welcomed with tea and soup on the house. The suite we had was huge and could be divided for privacy, it was pitch back at night and firm beds for a good night's sleep. The decor was beautiful and authentic and spotlessly clean. It was serviced every day. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We were able to come and go as we pleased at any time. We would thoroughly recommend this riad.

A beautiful traditional Riad in a brilliant location within the Kasbah. Waking distance to most sites, Souks, Tombs. Lovely staff, very attentive and helpful yet invisible when needed allowing us to feel as if we were the only guests at times, using the pool and terraces. Jamal helped us to organise a birthday cake for our daughter and book a great restaurant. He always gave sound advice and worked hard to cater to all tastes. Breakfast was great, fresh, simple yet delicious. Very clean. Rooms, towels, beds changed daily. Mini fridge for keeping drinks and snacks cool. Heater for the very cold evening we had.

We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived at this traditional riad… it is tucked away in a quiet resident area of town which we love as it’s where real people live …the breakfasts on the upper terrace are really lovely is a quiet haven up there …

Breakfast was exceptional and Jamal was very helpful! He had a very calming energy and made us feel very welcome, he greeted us during our late evening arrival with tea and pastries. Communication was always prompt and easy. Our room was so spacious, clean, and we were very comfortable. While we were out during the day, our rooms were cleaned exceptionally when we returned. Hotel transfers both ways from the airport were easy to arrange, and Jamal even made us a light breakfast early in the morning on the day we left. It was such lovely stay!

Fantastic venue for quick access to the Madina and not too far from the airport. Great host and really enjoyable stay all round. The host speaks good English and arranged a really fun tour guide for us. The room was big, and the bathroom was spacious with enough cupboard space.

We particularly appreciated Jamal's help and kindness throughout our stay. The dinner was exceptionnally tasty. The cleaningliness was to the highest standard. Location is great and very convenient, close to the Medina and Souk and allowing for the taxi to stop in front of the hotel, which may not always happen as some streets are car-free. The hotel's staff was also extremely helpful with the organisation of excursions.

There were so many things to like... As soon as we got there, we were greeted by one of the housekeepers and shown immediately to our room. The room was just as pictured, and the bathroom was amazing. It has a bath big enough to fit 4 people. The water was always hot, and towels were replaced daily. The staff were absolutely amazing, and I would like to mention Jamal, as he was the perfect host and helped us with locations where we wanted to go during the day. The other ladies who served us breakfast were also lovely and couldn't do enough for us. I would definitely recommend staying here, the location is right in the heart of the Old Town and there is loads to see, but if you want to walk further and go and see the sooks and New Town, it is only a 10 minute walk to the main square.

We visited the Riad towards the end of October and the weather outside was not perfect but the Riad was good. It wasn't easy not to jump in the swimming pool even though it was cloudy. The staff was good, we didn't have any problems. The rooms were big. One of the rooms had a huge bath, you will see it in the pictures.
